What does 'No commission for orders made with an affiliate email' mean?

This setting prevents affiliates from earning commissions on orders placed using their own email address or the email address of another affiliate in your program.

For example, if an affiliate makes a purchase from your store using their own email address, the order will not generate a commission. The same applies if they use another affiliate’s email address at checkout. These orders will appear with the status Hidden on the Orders page.

How to enable this option

1. Go to Settings > General in your Affiliatly admin panel.
2. Find No commission for orders made with an affiliate email.
3. Check the Enable box.

⚠️ Once enabled, the setting applies to new orders. Orders placed before you activated this option are not affected.
