What does 'No commission for orders made with an affiliate email' mean?

When your affiliate purchases from your store using their own email address in order to receive a commission no earnings will be calculated. Those orders are displayed with the status 'Hidden' on the Order page. The same happens when your affiliate uses the email address from another affiliate of your program.

To activate this option go to Settings > General > No commission for orders made with an affiliate email and check the box 'Enable'.

⚠️ Orders made prior to enabling this option are not considered. Only orders after activating are affected.
