Which emails can I send to my affiliates?

All automated email notifications sent to your affiliates can be enabled and customized from Settings > Email Notifications.

In the following, we'll explain each email and when it will be sent (if enabled):

1. New registration
This email will be sent when a new affiliate registers for your program.

2. Account approval
This email will be sent when an affiliate account was approved.

⚠️  Settings > General >   Auto approve registrations has to be disabled. Otherwise, no email will be sent out!

3. Account removed
This email will be sent when an affiliate account was deleted.

4. New referred order
This email will be sent when a new affiliate sale was made. 

5. Commission tier change
This email will be sent when an affiliate commission tier changed.

⚠️  Settings > General > Commission tiers >  Allow commission tiers to be changed automatically needs to be enable d.  Otherwise, no email will be sent out!

6. New two-tier referral
This email will be sent when a new two-tier sale was made. 

⚠️  Settings > General >  Two-tier affiliate program needs to be enabled.  Otherwise, no email will be sent out!

7. Earnings marked as paid
This email will be sent when an affiliate commission was marked as paid.


💡 Use variables like @affiliate_name@ to personalize the subject or  @commission_tiers_table@ to add informative content to the email. They will be automatically replaced when the email is sent.
