What does cookie duration mean?

By default, the cookie is active for 7 days. When a referred visitor purchases during these 7 days, the order will be associated with the referring affiliate.

After those 7 days, the referred visitor won't be associated with the referring affiliate anymore and orders made after the cookie duration expired won't be associated with the referring affiliate.

Go to Settings > Tracking > Tracking methods and click on the Settings button next to Link to change the Default cookie duration.
You have the option to set a time range from 1 to 365 days, depending on your preference.

💡  You can also set the cookie duration individually for each affiliate. If you want to overwrite individually set cookie durations with the global setting check the box  Change for all affiliates underneath the field.
