How to stop tracking existing customers

⚠️ This feature is only available for Shopify!

With this feature, you have the option to prevent the app from tracking your existing customers. This means that affiliates will only receive a commission for new customers.

Go to Settings > Tracking > Stop tracking existing clients and click on the Setup button. Here you'll find the following option:

• Tracking by Link
• Tracking by Coupon code
• Tracking by QR code
• Tracking by E-mail
• Tracking by Tag

Select the tracking methods you want to stop tracking existing clients and click the Save button.

⚠️ Only the selected tracking methods will stop tracking existing customers!
