How to fix the Paypal Authorization error
If you're getting an authorization error message from PayPal, you probably didn't enable Payouts for your PayPal account or the created payment app.
To activate payouts, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal Developer account
2. Click on My Account in the left-hand navigation and scroll down to the very end. Make sure Payouts is enabled for the Live account.
3. Now, go to My Apps & Credentials and click on the app you've created.
4. Check if Payouts is enabled in the Live App Settings.
