Where is the invoice for the Affiliatly service?
Some other times we get asked about the invoices for our service and here's how they're available to you:
For those that use Shopify the invoice is included within your Shopify statements.
If you're not using Shopify, your invoices go to your email address that you entered for payment details at the end of each billing cycle. They are sent through Fastspring which is our payment processor platform.
This address can also be found and changed under the Account->Email setting
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to create custom templates for each user to calculate tax or VAT. You would have to do this manually outside of Affiliatly. We only track the visits to your site and the orders made by customers your affiliate has brought to your site.
