Why can't my affiliates see their referral orders?

By default, only referral orders with the status Paid are visible to affiliates. To change this go to Settings > General > Visible order status for affiliates and enable the order statuses you'd like to show to your affiliates in their panel.

💡 When orders from your store are imported to Affiliatly they automatically have the status  Unpaid. To change this go to  Settings > General > Default order status and select your preference.
