How to pay affiliates via PayPal MassPay file

We'll start by going to the "Make Payments" page. You can navigate to it by going to your Affiliatly Admin panel -> Affiliates -> Make Payments

Here we will create the payout request for the selected affiliates that are above your minimum payout sum (no changes here)

After confirming the selected affiliates by clicking yes, the request is saved in the app and the MassPay file is going to be generated so you can download it.

Once you have downloaded and reviewed the Masspay file, go to your PayPal account. Once you're logged in, go to the "Pay & Get Paid" page and under the "Make Payments" section click on Payouts.

Here's where you upload your masspay file. Click on "Choose File" and select it. You also have the option to enter an additional message with the payments.

You will have one last chance to review all the recipients and amounts to pay. If you click on "View all" you will see all the details.

Once you're 100% sure you can click on "Send Payout"

This will be the official confirmation you'll receive that the payout has been sent!

After completing the payout process, when you get back to Affiliatly please go to Dashboard -> Make Payments -> View last payment and the payout request will be shown.

By clicking on the cog wheel you will open the payment details.

The green button will lead you to mark the payout as successful

The blue button will download the masspay file again (in case there's anything else you'd like to recheck)

By clicking on "Manually mark the payout as successful!" you'll see this screen where you can mark all of the recipients as paid in our system.

After marking the payout as success and marking the sent money as paid for the affiliates you're all set with this procedure!
